Appointments & Billing
Appointments will take place in the Specialty Clinic at 4100 Park Forest Dr Suite 200, Traverse City, MI 49684. Patients will meet in person with our local clinical support staff and consult virtually with a gastroenterology specialist. Follow-up testing and most related services will be completed locally, ensuring continuity and convenience in the patient experience.
Henry Ford will schedule all appointments and manage billing, while our team facilitates on-site care. The clinic will operate monthly to start, with plans to grow based on demand. Notes will be sent to the referring provider.
